Discipline Policy

 

  • Sign the Dojo Log book for behavior, no homework, or not having materials for class
  • Bullying will NOT be tolerated.  Please inform us if your child feels like they are being bullied.
  • Field Trips - Will be based upon Dojo points. Automatic out of the field trip for office referrals.

3:10 Dismiss Car Riders

* Dismiss Bus Riders from classroom as buses arrive

Parent's Corner

  • Check and sign Wednesday Folders each week
  • Read AR each night with your child
  • Practice Multiplication Facts each night

 


 

 

Reading Nook- Mrs. Knapp

 

* Read AR nightly.  Ask your child to see their AR Folder, which shows their range as well as the progress on tests they have taken. Must take at least 6 non-fiction books the third nine weeks. Read, read, read, then take the test.

Check your child's "Communicator" for reading homework. Please sign each night.

Writing, writing, writing. Tennessee practice for state testing will be in January. Officai writing assessment will be in February. Please see rubrics that were sent home in Wednesday folder, January 6th.

* Please study multiplication facts nightly. 

We are currently studying adding, subtracting and multiplying whole numbers. Study your multiplication facts too.
